I was looking for someone who could get me out of my fitness runt while being positive, a good listener, and educational. Darlene was all of that AND MORE. Darlene CARES. Darlene focuses on the big picture. You may come for just fitness training, but she covers your mental health, fitness, and diet. She understands your goals and does weekly check-ins to ensure she can positively impact your journey. In our sessions, she explains top-level what the program is and goes into detail about the exercises and WHY we're doing them. After every set, she asks how it feels and adjusts accordingly. There were some days I was not happy with my progress, and Darlene listened. She provided great perspective and adjusted the program moving forward.
I've seen great results after training with Darlene. She helped me reach my fitness goals and made a positive impact on my confidence and self-esteem as a woman. Yes, I put in the hard work myself, but it's a huge plus to have a cheerleader. She made going to the gym and working out FUN again. I highly recommend Darlene!!

We started off each week with a call to set up realistic goals and calls to action for what exactly I was going to do and try to achieve in a week and I really liked how realistic we were with my goals and how it all worked with my schedule as I am a very hectic and busy person.
