It’s all about learning to fit in what you need while still enjoying the foods you love most.
Includes an initial assessment (~60min), weekly check-in calls (~ 20min), unlimited email access (while working together) and loving guidance all along the way.

Meal-prep Master
Meal prepping is the best way to fast track your results. I’ll help you shop, chop, and cook 2 SIMPLE dishes that you can continue making for years to come!
Meals are easy to switch up, so you never get bored. Class is in person or virtual and about 2 hours long.
